J.P. Atelier d.o.o. has been developing software since 1994. Based in Zagreb, the company builds digital solutions for travel agencies, property managers, accommodation providers and other organisations with complex business processes.
Our own products have taught us that the work continues after launch. That is when day-to-day work with users, real processes and new requirements begins.
That's why we approach the project from the perspective of the people who will use it, not just the technology with which we will build it.
Tourism gave us a particularly demanding operational context: reservations, distribution, billing, communication, guest, owner, cleaning and physical access to the facility. We transfer this way of thinking to other business problems.
